Procedure - How Your Trays are Made
We use the same tooth whitening tray system prescribed by dentists across the U.S. However, with our system you save time and money by simply taking your own tooth impressions at home (don't worry, it's easier than it sounds).
Custom fitted bleaching trays and bleaching gel (not shown) effectively whiten your entire tooth surface.
After you mail your impressions to our lab, we pour up stone models and then use a special vacuum forming machine to cast an exact replica of your unique dental arch - one tray for the top and one for the bottom. We then finish the trays by scalloping (trimming) around each tooth so you can effectively keep the whitening gel away from your gums and precisely on your tooth.
