After you have received your completed bleaching trays, inject a small line of whitening gel onto the part of the tray that will cover the front of your teeth. Begin by squeezing gel into the molar part of the tray and continue through the rest of the tray. Apply the gel sparingly – a small amount of gel goes a very long way.
