LAB DIRECT PROCESS
We utilyze the same take-home tooth whitening system prescribed by your dentist. The only difference is the process.  You take your own tooth impressions with the materials included in your impression kit and mail them back to our lab with the pre-addressed envelope provided (it’s quick and easy to do). We then use your impressions to pour up stone models of your teeth and fabricate precision-fitted bleaching trays that you wear with a professional strength tooth whitening gel.

TAKING YOUR IMPRESSIONS
Mix The Impression Putty Together
Remove the blue and white putty from their containers and quickly knead together until they are blended into one color (30 seconds). 

Place Blended Putty in the Tray
Quickly form the putty into a hot dog shape and place it into the clear impression tray.
Take Your Impression
Press the tray up over your teeth until they are completely covered and hold still for 3-4 minutes (do one arch at a time).


Remove and Inspect the Tray
Remove the impression from your teeth and inspect to make sure you can see all your teeth and part of your gums. Nice deep impressions work best!


Mail Your Impressions to Our Lab
Mail your impressions along with the customer information card to our lab using the pre-addressed envelope provided. You will receive your completed trays in 7-10 business days after your impressions are received at the lab. 
Transform Your Smile
Once you have your completed whitening trays, place a small line of gel onto that portion of the tray that will cover the front of the teeth to be whitened. Start by dispensing in the molar area of the tray and work along the tray. Use the gel sparingly as a little goes a long way. Place the trays onto the teeth. Wipe off any excess gel and wear as directed by the specific instructions for the whitening product you are using.
